All items purchased online will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
All purchases will be shipped via express post or courier depending on the item, any information regarding orders can be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org where our staff will be more than happy to track your purchased item.
All purchases will be sent from our Sydney warehouse and delivered between 2-10 business days varying on your location within Australia.

Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from Flexineon Australia, to assist you, we have set out below the Flexineon Australia’s Policy highlighting key points that you should know.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.
Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law – Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Flexineon Australia is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to our office will be borne by you.
- Please retain your receipt
In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product purchased from Flexineon Australia, including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase i.e.: a receipt.
If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.
- Product Assessment
Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined, we will offer you either a refund, exchange, repair or store credit.
Where there is no fault found, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If the assessor finds that there is no fault with the goods, or that the goods have been damaged due to misuse or abnormal use of the goods by you, there will be no compensation and the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Unfortunately, Flexineon Australia cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use, whether that has been identified by Flexineon Australia or the manufacturer.
If the product does not match its advertised description, Flexineon Australia will provide you with a choice between a refund or store credit to the value of the item purchased.
- What should I do if I am having difficulties with getting my product to work?
If you are experiencing problems operating your product, we strongly recommend that you contact our office on 02 9791 1190 and speak to our staff for more assistance.
- What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?
Please choose carefully as Flexineon Australia does not accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind.
- What happens if I have purchased a product online and need to return it?
Items can be returned by mail. This can be coordinated through our office on 02 9791 1190.
All expenses are covered by the customer until an assessment of the product has been conducted and a fault report received then the outcome will determine who will bear the costs.
- If I can’t find my receipt, can I use a bank statement as proof of purchase instead?
Unfortunately Flexineon Australia will not accept a bank or credit card statement the receipt that is sent with the goods is the only proof of purchase accepted.
Flexineon Australia warrants that any product sold will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for the warranty period of 1 year from date of sale. This warranty does not apply when, in Flexineon Australia’s opinion, a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, or fair wear and tear.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices on the Flexineon Australia website are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Once payment is made the price is set and no further changes can be made, the exception is postage where an error is caused and an adjustment is required to process the purchase.
Promotions and specials are displayed on the Flexineon Australia website and can be rescinded at any time without notice this includes any orders that might be processing when the said promotion has ended.
Updating Account Information & Viewing Orders
All orders and purchase details can be viewed online when a customer logs into their account. Any changes to personal details and shipping address can also be made while a customer is logged in.
All details can updated, changed and deleted as the customer pleases.
